Vacation Bonus
Working for a staffing firm doesn’t mean you don’t deserve a vacation now and then. With RPh on the Go, if you work an average of 30-38 hours a week with us, you will be eligible for a vacation bonus of $1500. Average more than 38 hours a week and the bonus is $2500. Referral Bonus
You can earn a bonus by referring a friend or a pharmacy job to RPh on the Go. Here’s how it works: - If you refer a friend who works a 13-week assignment for RPh on the Go, you earn $150 for a pharmacist and $100 for a technician. If you refer a friend who takes a permanent position with an RPh on the Go client, you earn $250.
- If you refer a 13-week or longer job to RPh on the Go, which we fill with an RPh on the Go employee, you earn $500.
License Reciprocity Reimbursement Program
RPh on the go® will reimburse up to $400 of the cost of a reciprocal pharmacy license for every state in which you apply. To qualify you must first work 520 hours for RPh on the go® in that new state.
