Vacation Bonus
Working for a staffing firm doesn’t mean you don’t deserve a vacation now and then. With RPh on the Go, if you work an average of 24 hours a week in your first year with us, you will be eligible for a vacation bonus--as much as $5,000 a year or more--paid following your anniversary month.

Annual Appreciation Bonus
Just for working for RPh on the go® you can earn an annual appreciation bonus of up to $1,000. Qualify by working more than 1300 hours in a year.

Referral Bonus Partner's Program
Refer a friend to RPh on the go® and become their employee "partner" when the person begins working for us. Partners earn a $50 initial credit the first time the referred employee works for RPh on the go® and 25 cents for every hour ($1.00 for every 4 hours) they work for a period of 2 years from the referral date. When an employee is placed in a permanent position and the client pays the required fee, the partner earns a $500 bonus for a pharmacist placed and $300 for a technician placed.

License Reciprocity Reimbursement Program
RPh on the go® will reimburse up to $400 of the cost of a reciprocal pharmacy license for every state in which you apply. To qualify you must first work 520 hours for RPh on the go® in that new state.

Rewards on the Go
Each hour you work earns you one (1) Rewards on the Go point. Points are redeemable for valuable merchandise or gift certificates. Treat yourself to dinner, shopping, or that well-deserved vacation.
