Description:Location: 2 ½ hours West of Fort Worth & Arlington, 3 hours West of Dallas. Period of performance: Date of Award – 8/31/2010 with 4 option years.period of up to 40 hours per week for 52 weeks with options to renew these services for three additional periods of 52 weeks each. These services will be on an “as needed” basis. Actual hours required to be worked will probably be significantly less than the 2080 hours specified overleaf, as this will depend upon the needs.Historically, it has been found to average around 16 hours per week and there is no reason why this will be any different this year. All hours worked will have to be verified by the Chief Pharmacist. Must be available to substitute for pharmacy personnel who are sick or needing time off on very short notice. duties will include, among others - filling prescriptions, checking prescriptions filled by technicians, to answer questions asked by staff relating to pharmacy issues, being available to substitute for pharmacy personnel who are sick or needing time off on very short notice, checking home refills done by technicians, making home refill deliveries, when necessary, working in every kind of weather, commonly working 16 or 24 hours in any one week. Hours: On as needed basis. 16 to 24 hours per week. Work hours will be between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Mon – Fri.
