About the Position:
Are you an experienced Home Infusion Pharmacist looking for your next opportunity? We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Huntsville, AL. This position offers the chance to work directly with patients in their homes, ensuring they receive safe and effective IV treatments. You will collaborate closely with healthcare teams, providing essential medication support and guidance to ensure patient success in their infusion therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense intravenous (IV) medications for home infusion therapy.
• Partner with home health nurses to coordinate and facilitate patient care.
• Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Provide education and training to patients on safely administering their own medications at home.
• Work alongside healthcare providers to ensure the best outcomes for each patient.

Required Qualifications:

• At least one year of recent experience in home infusion pharmacy practice.
• Strong knowledge of the CPR+ computer system.
• Valid, active Pharmacist license in Alabama.
