Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM
• Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
  Setting: Long-Term Care Facility

Position Summary:

We re looking for an experienced Staff Pharmacist to support a long-term care facility in Pittsburgh for a 13-week contract. This role focuses on performing medication order reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the overall health and well-being of the patients.

What You ll Do:

• Review and verify medication orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Confirm that prescriptions are correctly prepared, documented, and dispensed.

What You Need:

• A valid and active pharmacist license in Pennsylvania.
• Recent experience in a pharmacy role, ideally in long-term care or a similar environment.
