Location: On-site at our Closed-Door Pharmacy, Plymouth, MI
Shifts Available: 2nd Shift (Options: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM, 3:00 PM 11:30 PM, or 4:00 PM 12:30 AM)
Schedule: Monday Friday, with rotating weekends and holidays

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Order Entry Pharmacy Technician who is eager to make a difference in the lives of long-term care residents. This role requires a high level of precision and efficiency in entering prescription orders, while delivering top-tier service to patients and team members alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain prescription data in the Framework/DocuTrack system with speed and accuracy

  • Resolve discrepancies related to patient or prescription data

  • Ensure all orders are processed in compliance with state regulations, under the supervision of a pharmacist

  • Provide exceptional service to both internal teams and external customers via phone communication

  • Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to meet departmental goals and deadlines

  • Ensure all tasks are handled with urgency and attention to detail

What We re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Trainee with the State Board of Pharmacy

  • Previous pharmacy experience, particularly with order entry, is highly desirable

  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn pharmacy software quickly

  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology, prescription processing, and drug classifications

  • Solid math and analytical skills for prescription calculations

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
