2nd Shift Pharmacist needed- Fairfield, OH (4PM-12AM)

We are seeking a Full-time Pharmacist to work 2nd shift at a busy retail pharmacy. A background in high volume or compounding pharmacy is a plus!

Shift: (4:00PM- 12:00AM)

Job duties:

• Screen any new medication orders for appropriate dose, drug interactions, allergies and contraindications prior to dispensing the medication.
• Educating patients on how to use their medications safely and effectively, including proper storage, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
• Adhering to federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations, maintaining accurate patient records, and performing quality control checks.
• Maintaining adequate stock levels of medications and supplies, ensuring proper storage, and managing inventory to minimize waste.

Requirements:

• Clear & active license in the state of Ohio
• Background in high volume or compounding pharmacy is a plus
