503B Compounding Pharmacist - Day Shift (NJ)

RPh on the Go is actively hiring for a Pharmacist to support a full-time, day shift assignment at a 503B compounding facility near Dayton, New Jersey. This role is available as a contract or temp-to-perm opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sterile compounding and compliance within a regulated manufacturing environment. NJ licensure is required, along with active or eligible licensure in one or more of the following states: AL, AK, FL, ID, KS, MI, NV, NY, OH, OK, VA.

Setting: 503B Sterile Compounding Facility
Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift
Duration: Contract or Temp-to-Perm

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with USP 797, FDA, PCAB, BOP, and cGMP standards
• Monitor multi-state licensure requirements and regulatory changes
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on production and inventory (e.g., Beyond-Use-Date stock)
• Support development and compliance of new 503B compounded products
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through leadership and mentorship

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD
• Active New Jersey Pharmacist license
• Licensure (or eligibility) in one or more of the following states: AL, AK, FL, ID, KS, MI, NV, NY, OH, OK, VA
• 503B compounding and USP 797 experience required
• Background in hospital, clinical, LTC, or infusion pharmacy a plus
