We re seeking a 503B Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to join a leading outsourcing facility in Dayton, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Director of Operations and the Pharmacist-in-Charge to support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of sterile compounding policies that align with the highest regulatory standards. You ll have a hand in ensuring the facility s operations adhere to USP 797, FDA, and other regulatory bodies, while continuously improving the site s processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee sterile compounding activities to ensure full compliance with USP 797, FDA, PCAB, and other regulations (cGMP, BOP rules).

• Keep track of state and federal regulatory compliance and monitor updates.

• Support 503B product development by ensuring all procedures follow company policies and meet federal and state regulations.

• Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to optimize workflow.

• Manage Beyond-Use-Date (BUD) stock and ensure stock quality.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, coaching and mentoring team members to elevate performance.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD

• New Jersey Pharmacy License (required)

• Must be licensed in at least one additional state from the following list: AL, AR, ID, KS, MI, MS, NV, NY, OH, OK, KY, VA

• 503B Compounding experience with thorough knowledge of USP 797 standards

• Experience in hospital, clinical, long-term care, or IV infusion/compounding settings
