Shift: Daytime Hours Only

Are you an experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacist ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, high-compliance environment? Join our team at a reputable 503B outsourcing facility in Dayton, NJ. We are looking for a detail-oriented pharmacist to oversee critical compounding activities, ensuring compliance with USP 797, FDA, and other regulatory standards.

What You ll Be Doing:

  • Supervise all sterile compounding processes to ensure they comply with USP 797, FDA, PCAB, and cGMP regulations.

  • Monitor and keep updated all state and federal regulations relevant to our operations.

  • Work closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure optimal workflow and product availability.

  • Support the 503B product development process, ensuring full regulatory compliance.

  • Manage Beyond-Use-Date (BUD) stock to maintain product safety and quality standards.

  • Lead efforts to create a culture of continuous improvement within the team and facility.

What You Need to Qualify:

  • PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy

  • Active New Jersey Pharmacist License

  • Licensure in at least one additional state (such as AL, AR, ID, KS, MI, MS, NV, NY, OH, OK, KY, VA)

  • Experience with 503B compounding and deep knowledge of USP 797

  • Previous work in hospital, clinical, long-term care, or IV infusion/compounding settings is a plus
