RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and experienced Overnight Pharmacist to join our team at a long-term care facility in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking for a stable, long-term position with a consistent schedule. The role offers a 7 on / 7 off shift rotation, providing a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pharmaceutical care to residents, including medication review, dispensing, and consultation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding medication administration and storage.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Conduct medication therapy management and provide drug information to medical staff and patients.
• Monitor and address any adverse drug reactions or interactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medication records.
• Participate in facility meetings and contribute to the development of medication management policies.

Shift:

• 7 on 7 off: 8:00pm - 7:00am

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy experience.
• LTC experience a plus.
• Pennsylvania pharmacy license.
