RPh on the Go is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Overnight Pharmacist for a 7 on 7 off schedule at a long-term care facility in Concord, NH. If you're passionate about patient care, enjoy working independently, and thrive in an overnight setting, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications and ensure proper labeling for long-term care residents
• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and safety
• Provide pharmaceutical care and advice to healthcare professionals and facility staff
• Monitor patient medication therapy and adjust as necessary
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Address emergency medication needs during overnight hours

Shift:

• 7 on 7 off: 8:00pm - 7:00am

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy experience.
• New Hampshire pharmacy license.
