RPh on the Go is proud to partner with an outpatient pharmacy located on an Indian health reservation in Peridot, Arizona. We are seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist for a 13+ week travel assignment. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying excellent work-life balance.

Job Details:

• Location: Peridot, AZ
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No Weekends, No Holidays

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional pharmacy care to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate medication therapies.
• Oversee and ensure the accuracy of prescription dispensing and patient counseling.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 2 years of pharmacy experience preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred, including 1 year residency.
• Licensure: Current and active unrestricted pharmacy license; Arizona state license preferred.
• Certification: AHA/BLS certification (must obtain within 30 days of hire).
