We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist in Charge to join our retail pharmacy team. As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries, resolving issues, and offering medication counseling when necessary.
• Accurately dispense prescription medications, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Supervise and train pharmacy staff to maintain a high standard of service and compliance.
• Perform compounding duties as required.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a well-organized pharmacy.

Qualifications:

• Valid Wisconsin Pharmacist license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Pharmacist in Charge.
• Proficiency in compounding.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
