Position: Staff Pharmacist
Location: San Leandro, CA
Environment: LTC/Hospice Clinic
Shift: Monday to Friday, 10:30am - 6:30pm
Duration: 30 days+

RPh on the Go is seeking a skilled and licensed Pharmacist for a contract assignment at a Long-Term Care/Hospice Clinic in San Leandro, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care within an LTC/Hospice clinic setting.
• Ensure accurate prescription processing and verification.
• Counsel patients and healthcare providers on medication use and therapy.

Required Qualifications:

• Active California Pharmacy License.
• Proven pharmacy experience.

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $60 - $65/hour
