A leading Cancer Center is seeking an experienced Oncology Pharmacist to join a collaborative team dedicated to providing patient-centered care. This unique opportunity allows you to work in an integrated setting, combining evidence-based oncology treatments with naturopathic medicine to enhance patient outcomes.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes oncologists, naturopathic doctors, nurse practitioners, and pharmacists, all working together to deliver comprehensive care. Treatment approaches include chemotherapy, targeted therapies, immunotherapies, acupuncture, and traditional healing practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and compound oncology medications in accordance with USP <797> and USP <800> standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to monitor medication efficacy, interactions, and toxicities.
• Oversee chemotherapy drug orders and provide guidance to pharmacy technicians.
• Maintain strict compliance with federal and state regulations for drug storage and accountability.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to optimize patient treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active Washington Pharmacist License.
• Recent oncology experience (within the last two years).
• Minimum of two years of sterile compounding experience.
• BCOP certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Passion for integrative and patient-centered oncology care.

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• No weekends or evening shifts.
