Clinic Retail Staff Pharmacist Montana Travel Opportunity

RPh on the Go is seeking a skilled and motivated Staff Pharmacist for a full-time contract position in Montana. This role is perfect for pharmacists who thrive in a retail or clinic environment and are ready for a rewarding travel assignment.

Position Details:

• Contract term: 26 weeks

• Shift: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Rotating on-call weekends (Saturday hours: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately review, verify, and dispense prescription medications.

• Provide direct patient counseling to ensure proper medication use and adherence.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to manage and optimize patient therapy outcomes.

• Maintain medication inventory, ensuring all safety, storage, and regulatory guidelines are met.

• Support pharmacy operations by supervising technicians and maintaining compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote a positive pharmacy experience for all patients.

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Montana Pharmacist License required.

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a retail or long-term care pharmacy setting required.

• Strong communication, customer service, and clinical skills.

• Must be available for full-time hours, including rotating weekend on-call shifts.
