Clinical Coordinator - Pharmacy - Northeast Ohio

RPh on the Go is hiring a Clinical Coordinator Pharmacist for a direct hire opportunity at a hospital in Northeast, Ohio. This is an excellent role for an experienced pharmacist with strong leadership skills and a background in hospital pharmacy. This role includes acting as the Director of Pharmacy (DOP) in their absence, making it ideal for candidates with a forward-thinking approach to clinical and financial management.

Position Details:

• Location: Perrysburg, Ohio

• Shift: Monday - Friday, Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement departmental policies and support planning efforts to enhance clinical pharmacy services.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and manage financial responsibilities, including budgeting and analysis.
• Act as the interim Director of Pharmacy (DOP) when the DOP is unavailable.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of three years in a clinical hospital pharmacy with staffing and management responsibilities.
• Skills: Proven financial management and analysis skills aligned with budgetary needs.
• Licensure: Active Ohio pharmacy license.
