Job Description: Pharmacist, Clinical Coordinator

Role: Clinical Coordinator
Shift: Days (Monday - Friday)

Overview:
The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for implementing department policies, assisting with planning, and assuming Director of Pharmacy (DoP) roles in their absence. This role also involves financial management and regulatory policy management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement department policies and procedures.
• Assist with departmental planning and strategic initiatives.
• Assume DoP responsibilities when the Director is unavailable.
• Manage financial aspects of the pharmacy, including budgeting and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory policies.

Requirements:

• Inpatient hospital experience is essential.
• Minimum of three years of staffing and management experience within a clinical hospital pharmacy.
• Strong financial management and analysis skills relevant to budgetary responsibilities.
• Active Ohio pharmacy license.
