RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Clinical Infusion Pharmacist for an 8-week contract at a home infusion pharmacy in Owings Mills, MD. This is a 4-day-per-week opportunity, providing an excellent work-life balance while allowing you to make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Job Details:

• Duration: 8-week contract (potential for extension)

• Setting: Home Infusion Pharmacy

• Location: Owings Mills, MD

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify IV medications for home infusion patients

• Perform sterile compounding and conduct quality assurance checks

• Provide clinical oversight and patient counseling

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure proper medication therapy

• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Schedule:

• 4 days per week

• Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and one additional day

• Hours: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

Requirements:

• Active & Clear Maryland Pharmacist License

• Home infusion or sterile compounding experience required

• Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
