Clinical Pharmacist (13 week contract to hire) in Specialty Infusion Pharmacy- DAY shift

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a 13+ week contract, with potential for direct hire. 2+ years of home infusion experience are required for this role.

Shift: DAY shift

Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor individualized pharmacy care plans, adjusting them as needed based on patient response and laboratory results.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on the proper administration, storage, and potential side effects of medications.
• Oversee the compounding and dispensing of medications, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements, including those related to sterile compounding.

• Active TN license
• 2+ years of Home Infusion experience
