RPH on the Go is currently seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for an infusion pharmacy in Columbia, Pennsylvania. This is a temp to perm position, please see below for full job details and requirements. Assignment Specifics:

• Full time
• 13-weeks 
• M-F – 9:00am-5:30pm

Duties:

• Counseling on medication
• Process refills
• Complete assessments
• IV mixing when needed

Requirements:

• Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of PA
• 2+ years of recent inpatient or infusion experience
