Clinical Pharmacist for Specialty pharmacy - 13+ week contract in Memphis, TN

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a 13+ week contract in Memphis, TN.
This is for a specialty infusion pharmacy.

Job Duties:

• Performing under verification for orders that are generated & awaiting shipment.
• Reviewing patient charts, medication histories, and laboratory results to identify potential drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications.
• Overseeing the inventory of medications, supplies, and controlled substances related to infusion therapies.
• Ensuring compliance with all sterile compounding regulations and USP guidelines.
• Implementing and maintaining quality assurance programs to ensure the safety and efficacy of infusion services.

Requirements:

• TN license
• Additional licenses AK, KY, NV, MA, and/or IL
• 2+ years of Home Infusion experience
