Clinical Pharmacist needed (13+ weeks) Infusion Pharmacy - DAY shift in NY

We're seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a 13+ week contract in an Infusion Pharmacy. We're looking for a Pharmacist with experience in infusion, hospital and/or oncology.

Shift: DAY (8AM-4:30PM)

Job Duties:

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, appropriate dosing, potential drug interactions, and alignment with patient-specific parameters, including lab results and vital signs.
• Safe and accurate preparation and dispensing of chemotherapy and other infusion medications, ensuring adherence to strict safety protocols and quality standards.
• Working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care, contributing to treatment decisions, and addressing any medication-related concerns.
