This is a full-time, onsite role in Tennessee for a licensed pharmacist with strong home infusion experience. The position involves order verification for shipments, with responsibilities tailored to the candidate s clinical and operational skillset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform order verification for prescriptions awaiting shipment

• Duties may expand based on clinical and operational experience

Requirements:

• Active Tennessee Pharmacist license

• Additional active licenses in AK, KY, NV, MA, and/or IL preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of home infusion experience
