RPh on the Go is urgently seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a full-time Outpatient role in Peridot, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to step into a leadership role and contribute to a high-performing healthcare team.

Position Details:

• Shift: 5 days a week, 8 hours per shift (8am-5pm)

Essential Functions:

1. Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure high-quality service in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
2. Develop and implement outcome measures and tracking systems to improve operational and financial efficiency, integrating efforts with organization-wide Quality Improvement systems.
3. Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental policies and procedures.
4. Continuously assess program effectiveness and drive process improvement initiatives.
5. Provide feedback, and use HR policies to support staff development and maintain performance standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Two years of clinical pharmacy experience (preferred)
• Five years of professional experience, with two years of management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred (including 1-year residency)
• Current and active state unrestricted Pharmacy license (Arizona state license preferred)
• AHA/BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Must be able to successfully pass a background and drug screen
