Clinical Pharmacist PRN Colorado

RPh on the Go is seeking an Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist for a PRN opportunity at a hospital in southeast Colorado. This is an excellent chance to join a clinical team and gain valuable experience in a supportive hospital setting. Travel will be arranged.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy
• Current BLS certification
• Active Colorado State Board of Pharmacy license
• 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services to inpatients, including medication review, adjustments, and counseling.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and best practices.
• Contribute to a patient-centered approach to healthcare within the hospital setting.
