Clinical Pharmacist - Temp to Perm - Compounding - San Antonio

Shift: 1st Shift (Full-Time)

Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Duties:

Are you a skilled Pharmacist with expertise in sterile compounding, looking for an exciting opportunity? We have an immediate opening for a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist on a 13-week temporary assignment with the potential for permanent placement. As a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in the preparation of sterile medications while ensuring adherence to all applicable guidelines and protocols. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing sterile compounding of medications following strict adherence to all applicable guidelines and protocols.
• Preparing IV medications, parenteral nutrition solutions, and other sterile products as required.
• Strictly adhering to safety and infection control procedures throughout the compounding process.
• Maintaining precise and detailed records of all compounded medications to ensure accuracy and patient safety.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Active TX Pharmacist License: Licensed as a pharmacist in the state of Texas.
• Sterile Compounding Experience: Demonstrated experience and expertise in sterile compounding is mandatory.

Contract Status:

The contract for this position has been signed, providing you with the opportunity for a 13-week temporary assignment with the potential for permanent placement.
