Clinical Pharmacist Tennessee Full-Time, Contract

RPh on the Go is actively hiring a Clinical Pharmacist for a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity in Tennessee. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with home infusion experience. The pharmacist will be responsible for verifying orders prior to shipment and may take on expanded responsibilities based on clinical and operational expertise.

Position Details:
Contract Length: 13+ weeks, potential to hire
Setting: Home Infusion
Schedule: Full-time (Exact schedule to be discussed during interview)

Key Responsibilities:
Perform order verification for prescriptions prior to shipment
Support clinical and operational pharmacy tasks based on skillset
Collaborate with team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of medications
Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations

Requirements:
Active Tennessee (TN) Pharmacist license
Additional licensure in AK, KY, NV, MA and/or IL strongly preferred
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Home Infusion pharmacy setting
