RPh on the Go is hiring for a Clinical Pharmacist position in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a travel contract opportunity for at least 13 weeks, ideal for a clinical pharmacist looking to expand their experience in a hospital setting.

Details:

• Location: Phoenix, Arizona
• Schedule: Full-time
• Term: At least 13 weeks (travel contract)

Requirements:

• 1-year residency (PGY1) preferred.
• 3+ years of pharmacist experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hospital practice experience (preferred).
• Current and active Pharmacist license (Arizona license preferred).
• Licensed to administer immunizations, vaccines, and emergency medications preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services to ensure safe and effective medication therapy management.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Review and monitor medication orders and patient profiles.
• Offer expert consultation on drug therapy, adverse reactions, and dosing.
