Clinical Pharmacist, Travel, Nome, Alaska

We are looking for an adventurous Staff Pharmacist to work for a great hospital facility in Nome, Alaska. This will be a travel position and great opportunity for a newer pharmacist with some inpatient hospital experience. Housing and relocation will be included.

Overview:

• Order Verification
• Sterile compounding and verification
• Traveling to different pharmacies within the Hospital system for inspections
• Clinical environment to include exposure to latex, biohazard, or other harmful substances

Requirements:

• Active and clear pharmacist license
• Inpatient experience (2 years preferred or 1 year post graduate residency)
• Be willing to travel between 25% to 50% of the time for pharmacy inspections within hospital system.
