Clinical Production Pharmacist Owings Mills, Maryland

RPh on the Go is actively seeking a Clinical Production Pharmacist for a contract assignment with a respected facility in Owings Mills, MD. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where the pharmacist works directly with technicians in the production area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality assurance (Q/A) checks on compounded and prepared medications

• Oversee and support the logistics and distribution of medications

• Provide real-time guidance and supervision to pharmacy technicians during production

• Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in medication preparation

Requirements:

• Active Maryland Pharmacist license

• Strong clinical knowledge

• Home infusion experience preferred, but not required

• Retail pharmacy experience will not be considered

This position is ideal for a pharmacist with a background in sterile compounding or infusion, who enjoys being on the production floor and working side-by-side with technicians.
