Clinical Service Liaison Pharmacy Technician Michigan

Join a fast-paced Outpatient Specialty Pharmacy team as a Clinical Service Liaison (CSL) Pharmacy Technician on a 13-week temp-to-perm assignment. This is a unique opportunity to combine patient service, pharmacy operations, and communication skills in a supportive, clinically driven environment.

Shift:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Minimal travel required (occasional trips within a 1-hour radius)

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a patient services liaison within the IM2 Program

• Handle prior authorizations and insurance communication

• Work directly with clients and patients to resolve issues with professionalism and empathy

• De-escalate situations calmly and positively

• Support various pharmacy operational tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Active Michigan Pharmacy Technician license

• Pharmacy technician experience, with prior authorization work required

• Strong customer-facing and communication skills

• Proven ability to problem-solve and de-escalate concerns effectively

• Reliable transportation for occasional local travel
