Community Health Center Pharmacist Orlando, FL (Per Diem)

We are actively hiring experienced retail pharmacists to join a flexible per diem team supporting community-based health centers across the Orlando, FL area. This is a great opportunity for pharmacists seeking meaningful patient interaction while maintaining schedule flexibility through the summer and holiday seasons.

Position Type: Per diem
Schedule: Coverage for PTO and holiday support (flexible weekday shifts)

Environment:
You'll be working in a well-supported, in-house pharmacy setting located within a community health center. The focus is on patient care, prescription dispensing, and collaboration with an on-site care team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and in a timely manner

• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians

• Communicate effectively with both patients and medical staff

• Navigate EPIC and McKesson Enterprise (ERx) systems

• Deliver compassionate care to a diverse patient population

Required Qualifications:

• Active Florida Pharmacist license in good standing

• Retail pharmacy experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable supporting patients who speak English as a second language

• Must be flexible and dependable for per diem coverage

Preferred Skills:

• Spanish fluency or comfort speaking with Spanish-speaking patients is highly valued
