Compounding Fulfillment Pharmacist Evening Shift

We re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Pharmacist for a fulfillment-focused role within a compounding pharmacy environment. This is a 13-week contract with strong potential for hire. This role involves working closely with pharmacy personnel to ensure the safe, compliant, and accurate preparation and dispensing of customized medications. You ll be at the heart of operations, ensuring workflow accuracy, regulatory compliance, and top-tier patient counseling.

Shift:
Monday through Friday, 3:00pm 11:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support fulfillment operations and staff throughout the shift

• Ensure all prescriptions are accurately compounded, documented, and dispensed according to state and federal regulations

• Manage incoming orders and coordinate fulfillment, packing, and shipping

• Provide patient care, including medication profile review and counseling

• Monitor medication therapy for accuracy, interactions, and dosage appropriateness

• Educate patients on compounded medications, prescriptions, OTC products, and supplements

• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure strict compliance with pharmacy protocols

Requirements:

• Active and clear Pennsylvania Pharmacist license required

• Recent experience in a retail pharmacy setting required

• Experience in non-sterile and/or sterile compounding required

• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and clinical judgment

• Dependability and punctuality are essential in this role

• New pharmacy graduates encouraged to apply if they meet the above requirements
