Compounding Pharmacist 503B Facility New Jersey

RPh on the Go is seeking a highly experienced Compounding Pharmacist for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a 503B outsourcing facility located in Berkeley Heights, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team focused on sterile compounding, regulatory excellence, and pharmaceutical innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all pharmacy compounding activities are in compliance with state and federal regulations (USP 797, cGMP, FDA, PCAB, BOP)

• Maintain valid pharmacist licensure in NJ and additional relevant states

• Monitor and communicate updates from regulatory bodies

• Participate in new 503B product development while ensuring strict adherence to company SOPs and compliance standards

• Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure efficient workflow and materials management

• Manage inventory and Beyond-Use-Date (BUD) stock

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring and coaching staff as needed

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD (required)

• Licensed Pharmacist in New Jersey (required)

• Licensure or eligibility in multiple states preferred (AL, AR, ID, KS, MI, MS, NV, NY, OH, OK, KY, VA)

• Strong experience in a 503B compounding environment

• Expertise in USP 797, sterile compounding, and FDA regulations

• Background in hospital, clinical, LTC, or IV infusion settings is highly valued

• Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration skills
