Compounding Pharmacist in Charge - Dual License DC and FL - West Palm Beach, Florida

RPh on the Go is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacist in Charge for a Day Shift position in West Palm Beach, Florida. This is a Direct Hire opportunity for a professional with experience in non-sterile compounding. The ideal candidate must be licensed as a pharmacist in both Florida and the District of Columbia (DC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all non-sterile compounding operations to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Manage daily pharmacy operations and ensure the accurate and safe preparation of compounded medications.

• Supervise, train, and mentor pharmacy technicians and staff.

• Maintain strict quality control standards for compounded medications.

• Manage inventory and coordinate supply orders.

• Collaborate with patients and healthcare providers to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards within the pharmacy.

Shift:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• No weekends

Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacist licenses in Florida and District of Columbia (DC).

• Prior experience in non-sterile compounding is highly preferred.

• Pharmacist in Charge experience is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• In-depth knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
