Compounding Pharmacist in Charge West Palm Beach, FL

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Pharmacist in Charge to oversee daily operations at a specialty closed-door 503A compounding pharmacy in West Palm Beach, Florida. This full-time role offers a chance to lead a dedicated team and ensure high-quality standards in a mail order environment that prepares custom compounds including weight-loss, hormone replacement, and anti-aging medications.

This facility is urgently looking for a multi-state licensed pharmacist, with a District of Columbia license highly prioritized. Candidates who are not licensed in every required state but hold most will still be considered. Flexible scheduling is available, including part-time, for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise pharmacy staff across all production phases

• Oversee batch record review and maintain compliance with documentation standards

• Ensure full adherence to cGMP regulations and pharmacy law at state and federal levels

• Lead hiring, training, and performance management alongside leadership

• Handle regulatory documentation including adverse drug event reporting

• Compound non-sterile prescriptions as needed

Requirements:

• Active Florida Pharmacist License
  
  Active DC Pharmacist License

• 2+ years of non-sterile compounding experience

• 2+ years of pharmacy management or supervisory experience

• Multi-state licensure highly desirable,

• Strong understanding of regulatory standards and mail order workflow
