Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare customized medications to meet individual patient needs.
• Ensure compliance with compounding regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate records of documentation.

Shift:

• Monday-Friday
  • 9:00am-5:00pm

Qualifications:

• OK Pharmacist License
• Knowledge of 503B
• 1+ year or more of recent compounding experience
