Compounding Production Pharmacist Evening Shift- PA

We re hiring a dedicated Staff Pharmacist with strong compounding and production oversight experience for a specialty pharmacy focused on customized patient therapies. This is a 13-week contract with potential for permanent placement, offering an exciting opportunity to take the lead on manufacturing operations in a highly specialized setting.

As the Production Pharmacist, you'll play a key role in coordinating manufacturing activity under strict cGMP standards. You ll supervise technicians, ensure operational compliance, and help maintain the efficiency and accuracy of production lines all while supporting a fast-paced, high-volume environment where attention to detail and attendance are critical.

Schedule:
Monday Friday, 3:00pm 11:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate manufacturing schedules with the Production Manager to meet weekly and monthly goals

• Oversee availability and readiness of raw materials, filters, and machinery

• Supervise production technicians to ensure adherence to compounding protocols and documentation

• Monitor and implement cGMP processes and maintain strict compliance with production regulations

• Maintain accurate daily production reports and ensure proper batch dispensing

• Provide training and oversight for production staff, reinforcing quality and operational standards

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license required

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a practicing pharmacist

• Hands-on experience with sterile and/or non-sterile compounding required

• Previous supervisory or production oversight in a pharmacy or pharmaceutical manufacturing setting required

• Strong working knowledge of cGMP guidelines and production planning
