Pharmacy Focus:

• Custom-compounded medications (techs handle all compounding)

• Wellness-based therapies & specialty meds

• High provider collaboration and patient education

Position Details:

• Start: ASAP

• Scripts: ~80/day

• Hours: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (with some flexibility)

• Tech Stack: PioneerRX

• Team Support: 3 dedicated technicians with 10+ years of experience, handpicked by the owner

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify compounded and retail prescriptions

• Ensure compliance with USP 795/800 standards and regulatory requirements

• Maintain and audit records, batch logs, and storage systems

• Partner with providers and patients to support clinical outcomes

• Help refine workflows and contribute to service expansion
  Note: You will not be doing the compounding yourself.

Who We re Looking For:
Licensed Pharmacist in Florida
1 2 years of pharmacy experience (retail, compounding, or specialty)
Detail-driven, proactive, and ready to grow
Bonus if you're open to leadership or multistate licensing down the line
