Contract Inpatient Pharmacist - Lamar, CO (30 Hours Weekly)

RPh on The Go is hiring an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist for a part-time contract role in Denver, CO. This 8+ week opportunity offers steady first-shift hours and the potential to be extended or converted into a full-time position based on performance and facility needs.

Contract Duration:
8+ weeks (extension or permanent placement possible)

Work Schedule:
30 hours per week
Primarily Monday Friday
Day shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (flexible within standard business hours)

Practice Setting:
Hospital Inpatient Pharmacy

Role Overview:
The pharmacist will support inpatient operations including technician oversight, sterile IV preparation, and ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory protocols.

Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and support overall workflow
Supervise and assist pharmacy technicians
Perform IV compounding following USP 797 and 800 standards
Ensure compliance with hospital policy and safety procedures
Monitor medication dispensing accuracy and inventory processes
Carry out additional tasks as directed by the pharmacy director

Requirements:
Active, unrestricted Colorado Pharmacist license
Recent experience in a hospital inpatient pharmacy setting
Familiarity with sterile compounding protocols (USP 797/800)
Clean professional background (no DUIs or license infractions)
