Home Infusion Pharmacist Full-Time, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Location: Huntsville, AL
Contract Duration: 13+ Weeks (potential extension due to maternity leave)

Job Overview:
We are urgently seeking an experienced Home Infusion Pharmacist to join our team in Huntsville, AL. This contract role involves working closely with patients receiving home infusion therapies, ensuring they are properly prepared and educated to manage their IV treatments. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense intravenous medications for home infusion.
• Collaborate with home health nurses to ensure smooth administration of treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and offer support throughout the infusion process.
• Educate patients on safe medication use and self-administration techniques.
• Work in close partnership with healthcare providers to deliver the best care for each patient.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in home infusion pharmacy.
• Familiarity with the CPR+ computer system.
• Valid and active Pharmacist license in Alabama.
