Pharmacist (Evening Shift) 13-Week Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

Shift: 2nd Shift
Hours: 12:00 PM 8:00 PM

About the Role:
We re seeking a dedicated pharmacist for a 13-week temp-to-perm position. In this role, you will manage pharmacy operations, supervise technicians, and ensure accurate and efficient medication dispensing during the evening shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee pharmacy technicians and data entry clerks, ensuring efficient workflow, accuracy in data entry, and strict adherence to security protocols.
• Supervise medication ordering, prepacking, and stock management processes to ensure timely and accurate dispensing.
• Review new medication orders, checking for correct dosage, potential interactions, allergies, and contraindications before medication is dispensed.
• Assist with the safe handling, receiving, and storage of controlled substances; maintain an up-to-date inventory of Schedule II drugs.

What You Need:

• Active, clear Pharmacist License in Ohio
• Background in high-volume retail or compounding pharmacy is highly desirable
