Contract to Hire Pharmacist in Charge (Day Shift - Benefits Included)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Pharmacist in Charge to oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:

• Establish and execute strategic plans to optimize operations and enhance patient care services.
• Manage and mentor a team of pharmacy staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement medication therapy management programs.
• Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical supplies.
• Monitor medication usage and implement strategies to improve safety and efficiency.
• Serve as a resource for resolving complex medication-related concerns.
• Foster collaboration with other departments to integrate pharmacy services seamlessly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy (BA).
• Active and unrestricted Wisconsin Pharmacist license.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in pharmacy operations.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmacy operations, compliance, and best practices.
