Contract to Hire Pharmacy Technician - Day Shift (Full Benefits - Near Detroit)

Join a closed-door mail order pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician. This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle inventory management, prescription processing, customer service, and specialized tasks like compounding. We re looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills to ensure smooth operations and top-tier patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing medications and supplements.
• Process prescription refills and enter new prescriptions accurately.
• Operate Euclid Packet Machines to create new packet jobs.
• Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional service via phone and email.
• Perform daily reporting, log shipments, and maintain accurate data entry.
• Assist with occasional compounding and syringe preparation.
• Coordinate deliveries to FedEx/UPS and retrieve packages from USPS PO boxes when needed.

Requirements:

• Active Michigan Pharmacy Technician license.
• Previous pharmacy technician experience required.
• Reliability and a willingness to learn.
