Contract to Hire- Staff Pharmacist: Full Time/Retail (Omaha, NE)

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented full-time Pharmacist to join our team. Our pharmacy handles approximately 250 prescriptions daily, utilizing the ScriptPro program system.
Shift: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and provide guidance to pharmacy technicians.
• Verify prescriptions with a high degree of accuracy.
• Manage daily operations to ensure the timely processing of prescriptions.
• Interact with patients and clinic staff, providing clear and effective communication.
• Perform non-sterile compounding as needed (training provided).

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
• Non-sterile compounding experience (training provided).

• Excellent people skills for patient and clinic staff interaction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:

• Current and active NE State Pharmacist license with no negative history.
