Contract to Hire Staff Pharmacist Indianapolis (Benefits Included)

We are actively hiring an experienced and motivated Staff Pharmacist to join our Long-Term Care Pharmacy team. This position is perfect for pharmacists dedicated to providing exceptional care while managing the unique demands of long-term care pharmacy operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accurately review and verify prescriptions for compliance and accuracy.
• Provide guidance and oversight to pharmacy technicians during dispensing.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient medication management and outcomes.
• Maintain thorough records in adherence to pharmacy regulations.
• Support efficient operations and high-quality patient care during evening shifts.

Qualifications:

• Active Indiana Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Previous long-term care pharmacy experience is strongly preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical care standards and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Availability for evenings, rotating weekends, and holiday shifts.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM 10:00 PM
• Rotating weekends and holidays as needed
