Contract to Permanent Hire Staff Pharmacist (Full Benefits)

Join our Long-Term Care (LTC) Closed Door Pharmacy team as a Staff Pharmacist. This contract-to-hire role is perfect for an experienced pharmacist ready to provide exceptional care in a supportive and professional environment.

Position Details:

• Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM.
• Environment: Closed-door LTC pharmacy, focused on efficient and accurate medication dispensing.
• Weekend Rotation: Possible based on operational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Oversee and support pharmacy technicians in fulfilling daily medication orders.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication regimens.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all pharmacy operations.
• Provide excellent customer service in a non-patient-facing environment.

Qualifications:

• Active New Hampshire Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Prior pharmacy experience is required; LTC experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
