RPh on the Go is seeking a qualified Infusion Pharmacist for a 10-week contract in Chantilly, Virginia. Join a respected home infusion pharmacy team and make a significant impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and dispense both compounded and non-compounded infusion medications.

• Oversee sterile compounding processes in line with USP <797> guidelines.

• Review physician orders and ensure therapy accuracy and appropriateness.

• Collaborate with nursing teams, patients, and support staff to ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain proper documentation per state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

• Active Virginia Pharmacist license in good standing.

• At least 1 year of recent experience in a home infusion or sterile compounding setting.

• Strong understanding of USP <797> and <800> compliance.

• High attention to detail and strong communication skills.

• Ability to start immediately and commit to the full 10-week assignment.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in home infusion pharmacy settings.
