Contracted Infusion Pharmacist Houston, Texas (No Weekends)

Assignment Type: 13-Week Contract

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacist for a 13-week contracted assignment at a respected Home Infusion Pharmacy in Houston, TX. This is a great opportunity to work in a patient-centered environment with a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality infusion care.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify sterile compounded medications following USP <797> guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with aseptic technique and cleanroom procedures.

• Interpret and review physician orders for accuracy and therapeutic appropriateness.

• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians to support timely and safe medication preparation and delivery.

• Offer clinical support and respond to medication-related inquiries from patients and healthcare providers.

Schedule:

• Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

Requirements:

• Active Texas Pharmacist license

• IV certification required

• Previous home infusion or inpatient hospital pharmacy experience

• Proven sterile compounding experience
